Experienced European & Polish Patent Attorney, Engineer

I am Polish (since 2019) and European (since 2022) patent attorney. I speak English fluently and Polish is my native language. I can also translate patent specifications from French and German into Polish.

In 2015, I graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology (Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering) with a Master of Science in Power Engineering. For 11 years I’ve been gaining professional experience while working in a patent law firm in Warsaw, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with a wide group of professionals from Poland and all over the world. In January 2026 I’ve started offering services through my own business.

I offer comprehensive support in intellectual property matters for technical solutions, ranging from general advisory, through conducting prior art searches, drafting patent applications and obtaining and maintaining protection. The topics I excel at are solutions in the broad fields of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, pneumatics, power engineering, electrical engineering, refrigeration, ventilation systems, mining, construction, as well as mechanical aspects of automation, production technology, materials engineering, optics, 3D printing, and all kinds of solutions for medical devices, objects of everyday usage and household equipment & appliances.

By studying power engineering, I learned to combine information relating to diverse topics and use my imagination to understand processes that are difficult to represent and precisely calculate, even using the latest and most powerful computers. This allows me to quickly familiarize myself with many inventions, even if I didn't initially specialize in a given field.

Running my own patent law firm, I ensure full transparency in how the assignments are handled – I guarantee that I personally take care of the topics from fields that I'm familiar with. On the other hand, with respect to cases from the fields that I am completely unfamiliar with, I can help in finding the right specialist and/or act as an intermediary in such contacts.
